Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to me. There will be NO refunds given on personalized/custom items. If there is a defect in the item, please send photographic documentation within 48 hours of receiving the item. With proper photo documentation, I will remake a defective item. 

Order cancellations are only accepted within the first 24 hours of placing your order. After that, all sales are final.
